As Principal, Architect with more than a decade at the helm of F+M alongside Lori McRae, Lyle Rodney Frederick has led the architecture arm of our business. During his tenure, he has become a sought-after figure for his signature use of clean lines and geometric shapes, playing with light and shadow to create striking built environments that blend beautifully with their surroundings.
With a career spanning 30-plus years, Lyle delivers forward-thinking, finely tuned architectural designs to our clients, helping them devise spaces that uplift, inspire and support their well-being. His career in architecture has given him a passion for modern art and theory, which greatly influence his designs.
When Lyle is not ideating, collaborating, and visiting job sites, you will find him out on the golf course. He is also a proud member of The Rotary Club of Grand Cayman.
