Starbucks

Frederick + McRae worked as the on-Island Architectural firm to assist the Caribbean franchise owner with taking the Starbucks design development drawings and providing the services required to see their Flagship store in Grand Cayman become a reality.

The material selections for this location drew inspiration from the local environment. Dark wood, rope baskets, rattan seating and a bespoke mural designed by a local artist, all contributed the Caribbean feel of this location.

The scope of services included: Construction Documentation, MEPF Design coordination, Permitting, Tendering, Contract Administration.
